We can accept returns for orders placed on pastelpk.com within 15 days of purchase.

Conditions:

• Damaged or Defected Items.
• If you received different item than what you ordered.

How to Return / Exchange:

If you wish to return/exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, please contact customer service with your order ID and they will guide you through the process. You will need to mail the items to Karachi office as indicated by our customer service team, including any free gifts or promotional items associated with your order, with your order ID indicated clearly on the outside of the package. Once your return is processes (10 days after receipt of items) we will issue a refund to the exact same mode of payment that was used at time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
